AstraVault is designed with zero-knowledge permanence. Once you initiate a data deletion, your keys and documents are purged from your Google Drive container and your local hardware. **This action cannot be undone.**
Go to Settings > Vault Management > Nuclear Wipe within the AstraVault application. This will purge all local databases and sever the hardware encryption link.
Log into your Google Account, navigate to Drive, and delete the AstraVault-AppData folder. This permanently removes the encrypted blobs from the cloud.
Since we do not store your data on our servers, manual erasure requests of document data are practically unnecessary. However, if you wish to purge your billing history or support tokens, please email:
